From the beginning of Cryer Pest Control, which my father Raymond Cryer established until the present time of Cryer Pools & Spas, Inc., my husband Gene Harrott and our five children have strived to serve our community with great customer service, honesty and respect.
We have much to celebrate. Not only do we celebrate 50 years of service to the community, but we are proud to celebrate several anniversaries of our dedicated employees. 26 years – Christy Lewellen has been performing her hard work and knowledge for 26 years. She keeps our inventory / warehouse running smoothly. She also assists customers with special order parts and does in-store repairs. She is a very versatile and knowledgeable person. 20+ years – Next, we have two 20-year veterans of pool knowledge: Steven Matthews is our walking encyclopedia of pool repairs. He is amazing. Kasi Gillespie has served as accounts manager. She is also top notch at assistant with the ser-vice department. She wears many hats.10 years – The next milestone anniversary is 10. In this category are two specialists. Alex Arias, our most experienced pool cleaner. He has not missed a day in this very long, hot summer. He treats the pools on route like they are his own. Our beloved Teresa Snider has also been with us for 10 years. If you are patrons of our retail store, you know Teresa. She is our sales/retail manager among many other responsibilities. And, lo and behold, she has added a second generation of Cryer employees. Two of her sons are pool cleaners, one of whom is a Veteran U.S. Marine.
Yes, we have been very blessed with very loyal and dedicated employees over the years. They represent an accumulation of almost 100 years in experience and knowledge. This has been a great industry in which to work. Swimming pools are all about fun and family. Thank you, Baytown, again, for letting us assist you.
