Ever wondered what we do here? I'm glad you asked! We offer 12 workouts within 10 different saunas (they each fit up to 3 people). Everything from Pilates, Yoga, and Bands, to Cycle and Rowing...all done within our patented infrared saunas. Heat them up as high as 130* (we recommend 120* to start) or leave them at room temp, it's all up to you! Our HIIT workouts are only 15 minutes, and our ISO workouts are a mere 45 minutes! You'll get more workouts in less time with our 3D training method - Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise combined means you're burning MEGA calories in a short amount of time!!
